A loved one recently had to lay a loved one down to rest. In the midst of preparing the obituary, she shared with me how she didn't have any pictures of herself with her spouse. For all the years and love they shared together there wasn't enough time for portraits. Of course, I course I had a few photos of them and gladly shared.
I have carried a camera for the majority of my life. And the walls in my home are filled with precious memories of loved ones. What I love most about being a portrait artist is the delivery of beautifully printed images. The smiles and the reactions are genuine and heartwarming. There aren't many words to describe how awesome the feeling is.
