A CRM Is Essential for Your Small Business

If you were to ask a small business owner where she/he should invest business monies, it's a good chance accounting software would be the answer. Well, I'm here to tell you investing in dynamic customer relationship management (CRM) software should probably be your first step.

It took me only seven years to figure that out. I thought I was pretty happy using all kinds of software to manage my customer interactions and sales. I thought is the key line there. It was only after I invested in a CRM that I found the joy of being a small business owner and the peace of being a photographer. Earlier this year I shared a few thoughts with Salesforce about my journey.
