And so it’s August 8th. August 8th. The eighth day of August in the year 2019. Where did the year go? Like many others, I had great plans for the year. I was going to conquer the world and travel to the highest heights, and then Life came along.
This year has been amazing thus far. I’ve met some amazingly talented folks and worked with creative minds that continue to inspire me. It’s truly been a blessing. The Lord always puts you where you need to be. I never question it. I may not understand it at the moment, but I know it’s a lesson in motion. Managing a business and marriage is no small job. I’m sure many of you can relate. We all have jobs and relationships that require just as much attention. It’s a juggling act, but we make it work, right?
So now what? Well, this small business owner intends to end this marathon of a year strong. I’ve got some great sessions on the books, and I’m excited to see my ideas come into fruition. As a creative, I’m dreaming all the time, and nothing is more fulfilling than seeing those dreams crossover into reality. It’s part of the formula that keeps me going.
