The best photographs capture the subject at his or her very best. The subject is comfortable, calm, and collected. The subject is at home!
There are a lot of reasons for being photographed at home, but the best reason is because it’s a place of comfort. There’s a much lower chance of feeling awkward at home than there is out in public with strange faces staring you down. I do love an outdoor shoot, but that ain’t the focus on this post.
